"a beautiful building with a lovely sunroom"
It is a beautiful building with a lovely 'sunroom' overlooking the lake. I have stayed there many times. The building is old and a bit drafty, but we have found the heaters to be sufficient.

"expensive but worth it"
I've stayed at the Lake Hotel in June 2001 (snowed, very nice though) & June 2003. The rooms we're small and you practically need a bank loan to stay there, but the view of the lake can't be beat. Food at the restaurant is top-notch! Expensive but worth it. Great location inside the park, about as close as you can get to everything for a home base.
