"nice, old hotel ... remodeled very recently"
It's nice, the old hotel is a hostel with two rooms with baths and the rest is hostel type lodging. You meet a lot of interesting young people from Europe there. The newer part is like a motel with nice rooms that have all been remodeled very recently.
