OLD FAITHFUL INN
UPDATE News Brief YELLOWSTONE NATIONAL PARK (YNET) -- A number of improvements are underway at Yellowstone's most famous lodge, Old Faithful Inn. This month, renovation of 32 rooms in the Inn is scheduled to be completed. In addition, 66 other rooms are getting new furniture, fixtures and equipment. On the exterior, Old Faithful Inn is getting shingles repaired, as well as a cleaning and a new coat of stain. Olympic Stain has donated a thousand gallons of stain for the job. Also, grease traps in the sewer systems at Old Faithful Inn and Old Faithful Lodge are being replaced in an effort to stem recurring sewage problems. All told, these projects will cost an estimated $650,000.
