Comments

The colors in this canyon are simply wonderful. On this particular afternoon I was also fortunate enough to have clouds overhead that would only allow enough direct sunlight through to dramatically light up small sections of the canyon.

Photo Hints

This is one of those rare locations that can be equally wonderful in early morning or late afternoon. Since there are viewpoints on both sides of the canyon and there are views in either direction (towards the falls or down canyon from them) you can get nicely lighted pictures quite frequently.
